Handcrafted using traditional family methods passed down through generations, our Red-Gold Smoked Salmon Strips are made with loving care in small batches from wild-caught Alaskan red and silver salmon from our family's SmokeHouse  to your table! 
Each 10 oz. package is carefully prepared with our signature carmelized glaze and slow -smoked in our family's smokehouse.
 
We're offering pre-orders now to help gauge interest for our weekly production this fall. Orders will be fufilled based on our harvest schedule and shipped in the order received starting in September 2025.
