Our Story
Our indigenous lineage goes back thousands of years in the region where we catch fish. Egegik was the meeting ground of many people for eons to fish, trade, and meet family and friends. We continue that tradition and decided to walk across the bridge of tomorrow to entrepreneurship!
Millions of salmon are caught in Egegik every year. Most of the salmon is sold to seafood processors whose owners aren't from the United States. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but we, as indigenous people, don't see any economy outside the fish we sell to processors. We want to change that by starting this business and re-investing in our future!
